A quick update on where we are on the 0.61.0-incubating release, for people not on the -dev list
1. the vote on the incubator general list when out on feb 3 @ 13:25 GMT 2. It did get enough binding votes in the 72 hours to get through 3. On feb 7, after the release, we got a -1 binding primarily due to license ambiguities in some of the .py files we have for jinja —files we don't actually need. I'm going to make the case that we can fix all the issues raised in the 0.70 release; all the others are on something we've already done in source form. -steve
