In CustomServiceOrchestrator.runCommand(), if the 'package' field in INSTALL
commands are not empty, then we compose the add on package definition path by
adding [application work root] + '/addon/package' + [add on package name], and
execute the addon package python script from there(adding
/package/script/[script name]).
