[~thw] Licensing isn't the issue, it's assignment of copyright. Donating this
code to the ASF requires that all parties who created it must waive their right
to ownership. As I understand it, Jean-Baptiste (and apparently his company)
hold part of the copyright. That is the crux of the issue.
