Output of commands like "slider list <app-name> --containers does not show
slider AM version.
During application upgrade / downgrade, as described in
https://slider.incubator.apache.org/docs/slider_specs/application_pkg_upgrade.html
, there is a notion of AM being on certain version.
It would be useful to show which version AM is on.
