[~sseth] are you seeing the missing diagnostics for containers after the app is
gracefully stopped? If yes, then the fix to SLIDER-1198 will provide you some
info for the graceful stop scenario.
If you are seeing missing diagnostics for some failure scenario, can you
provide some additional info to help reproduce?
