Description: hbase thrift_infoport,thrift2_infoport and rest_infoport have
not been added to app-config.json.thus slider-agent uses the default port
instead of allocates ports dynamically.sometimes causes "port in use
Exception". (was: hbase thrift server uses "hbase.thrift.info.port" in
hbase-site.xml to specify thrift web info port. slider-hbase has not added this
port to app-config.json,thus slider-agent cannot allocate this port
dynamically,just use default port 9095.sometimes causes "port in use
Exception".)
