There are two tests actually:
testExtractFileNameForwardSlash is the former testExtractFileName testing
forward slashes on all platforms
testExtractFileNameForwardSlashSeparatorChar tests the platform
File.separatorChar
so on windows both parts are actually tested (while on linux systems the
forward slash is tested twice)
