Fix For: Servlets Resolver 2.0.10
Currently the DefaultErrorHandlerServlet is used as the fall back if no other
applying error handling servlet/script can be found. This default servlet
cannot be replaced. This is problematic since developers might want to provide
custom default handlers, for example to suppress thread dumps etc.
