no direct support for versioning operations in any of the default GET
servlets.
Hence you cannot query for versions easily.
As always, patches and proposals for additions are welcome and will
certainly be considered.
We (Sakai) has implemented a versioning bundle [1]. IIRC there are no
or minimal dependencies. (btw, the readme is incorrect at the moment.)
