Use the new Source Release Assembly descriptor to build the source release
assembly instead of using the predefined "project" descriptor of the Assembly
plugin.
This new descriptor is better in setting up the contents and also better
controls what to not include. In addtion also legal files created by the remote
resources plugin are getting packed up by this descriptor.
The drawback of using this new descriptor is, that there is a new file name
"source-release" is being used instead of "project".
