The recent upgrade of Apache Felix SCR from 1.0.8 to 1.2.0 has the side-effect
of removing ManagedService and ManagedServiceFactory services from a deployed
FsResourceProvider extension. As a result, the Sling Filesystem Resource
Provider can no longer be configured via the Web Console's Factory
Configurations area.
