This is OK with me. I recognize that rolling back a release is a big
pain. Could something be added to the release notes about how the
scenario described in SLING-1189 is troublesome?

I have applied the patch now and target it to be included in the 2.2.0
release (which will be the Felix Http Service release). If you need it
before this, we can cut a 2.1.2 release.
