No, but I suggest you coordinate with infrastructure@ because they will
connect to the SVN repository and this is known to generate quite some
load, at least on the first setup (IIRC).

According to Atlassian, they now run a mirror of Apache SVN, so this
should no longer be an issue.
Ok, fine then. Once you're done, we could then also integrate this with
our JIRA.
