Failure scenario:
1. Install bundle foo 2.0.4 using the OSGi console.
2. Copy V2.0.2 of same bundle in repository -> ignored by OSGi installer,
correct
3. Remove bundle from repository -> OSGi installer removes it
At step 3. the bundle file removal should be ignored, as it was not installed
by our OSGi installer.
