Resolution: Fixed
Rev. 896366: Adapt to new AuthenticationHandler API and replace
SimpleCredentials credentials with specific (private) OpenID credentials class
directly conveying the OpenID user to the LoginModule.
This handler now also directly supports logging out through the
Authenticator.logout method.
