if an exception occurs loading the bundle list file from
src/main/bundles/list.xml and the groupId/artifactId of the
defaultBundleList/defaultBundles artifact, don't try to load the xml or bundle
jar. as things currently stand, a problem during the build of launchpad/builder
causes two other exceptions to be logged, masking the real problem.
