Fix For: JCR Jackrabbit Server 2.0.8
In jackrabbit.server, the value of sling.repository.config.file.url can only be
a file:// url (or not a url). However, the code which actually uses this value
to initialize an instance of Jackrabbit can handle any kind of URL, so this
restriction is unnecessary.
