Carsten, your changes also removed support for the JcrResourceTypeProvider in
StarResource.
As a result, samples like the espblog are broken - unfortunately we don't seem
to have tests for that, the failure scenario is:
-Install samples/path-based-rtp and samples/espblog bundles
-Then, http://localhost:8888/content/espblog/*.html is rendered by the default
GET servlet instead of using the espblog scripts, because StarResource does not
use the JcrResourceTypeProviders anymore
