You should figure out why the tests are failing. It'll be good practice :)

Having a good working copy is critical IMHO.

Trunk should be clean. The last two builds passed
(http://hudson.zones.apache.org/hudson/job/sling-trunk-1.5/ and
http://hudson.zones.apache.org/hudson/job/sling-trunk-1.6/)
