maybe something involving david (the biblical figure) could be used for
a name of the project, as the small (mini) person used a sling back then
(although that is a cruel story.)
may I suggest to prescribe using the DOJO toolkit instead of jquery? its
data api really shines in restful client-server communications. its
large widget set means even less lines of code.
there is a hulk of dojo support already somewhere in sling contrib but
very outdated. I use json.orgs ecma module to serialize server side esp
objects in the format dojo needs.
