Carsten Ziegeler resolved SLING-1829.

Resolution: Fixed
We now have statistics per queue, this is assembled by a central statistics. In
addition we have per topic statistics
This gives a pretty good overview of what is going on and what happen and which
jobs take longer than others etc.
