Description:
In order to leverage
https://github.com/bndtools/bnd/tree/master/maven/bnd-resolver-maven-plugin at
build time it would be nice if the API jar would include the
{{Provide-Capability}} headers from all contained bundles (similar to
{{Export-Package}} and {{Sling-Nodetypes}}).
