Thats one option, I was more refering to that this is done in the feature
model as part of the artifact, like:
"bundles": {
"org.apache.sling:org.apache.sling.engine:2.0.0" : {
"api-capabilities-region" : ["global"]
}
I'm not sure about naming or format though, but it somehow needs to be tied
to api regions - in the above example, the capabilities of that bundle would be
added for the global region api jar
