Fix For: Feature Model Launcher 1.1.16
It may be necessary to pass additional jvm options to the launcher command line
in order to do things like adjust the max memory or enable remote debugging for
the process.
To facilitate that, add support for supplying an array of vmOptions to the
launcherArguments configuration and use those settings when launching the
process.
