For {{extends}} this is even more useful as this not only drives the
requirements of the bundle but also influences functionality at run time
(compare with SLING-9923 and
https://sling.apache.org/components/scriptingbundle-maven-plugin/usage.html).
This makes the {{extends}} file mandatory while the {{requires}} is only
optional.
