Upcoming bundle releases: POST Servlet, Resource Resolver, Installer Factory Configuration, API

[Robert Munteanu]

Hi,

I plan to release the bundles from $SUBJECT. The first three because of
contributions and the API bundle because it's now needed for the POST
servlet bundle.

Does anyone have any concerns? If not I'll start the release vote in
~24 hours from now.

Thanks,
Robert
