Fix For: Feature Model API Regions Extension 1.1.22
While for most property values placeholders (for example injecting values from
environment variables) is ok, there might be properties where placeholders
should not be allowed - on the other hand there might be properties where
placeholders are a must (besides secrets).
An additional placeholder policy on a property description could be used for
this
