I think the project health/status/community is meant in the strict
sense regarding Apache Sling. This is supported by the reporting
guidelines [2], which state that

outside organization's efforts unless they are directly related to the
health of the project.

Would you like to suggest a short summary about that, along the lines
of 'Event X is planned to take place online at Y on X, CFP/registration
open?'. As I have to submit the report tomorrow I please send this
today if at all possible.

I agree. Do you think we should include this in the report? Most of our
communication is done using mailing lists right now.
