Description:
Use a custom maven-version-rules.xml with the versions-maven-plugin to filter
out some of the known bad versions that exist in central from consideration in
the versions:display-dependency-updates report.
The stashed variation of the proposed version rules configuration is in the
whiteboard at
[https://github.com/apache/sling-whiteboard/tree/master/org-apache-sling-build-version-rules]
should be made official and integrated into the builds.
TODO: discuss if this should be integrated only into the pom of the starter
project or if it would fit better in the parent pom.
