Apache Aries 0.3 has been released. We should upgrade the used Aries JMX
bundles to this version and include the Aries JMX Whiteboard 0.3 bundle.
Info: The JMX Whiteboard bundle allows for the registration of JMX MBeans with
the JMX MBeanServer by registering the MBeans as regular OSGi services. See
