Fix For: Content-Package to Feature Model Converter 1.0.26
while creating adobe specific ITs for the cp-2-fm-converter [~kpauls] spotted
an inconsistency in the generated repo-init for principal-based policies that
have been extracted from a generated content package.
we found that {{RepPrincipalPolicyEntryHandler}} treats {{rep:effectivePath}}
as property of type STRING instead of property type PATH.
