Hi Robert, DS is part of OSGi Compendium, and we use Compendium R7 (which comprises DS 1.4) for quite a while now. All core changes are listed in a changes section at the end of each specification chapter, e.g. http://docs.osgi.org/specification/osgi.core/7.0.0/framework.module.html#d0e7121 <http://docs.osgi.org/specification/osgi.core/7.0.0/framework.module.html#d0e7121>.
