That comment was from the 9th of April and no reaction till now? I am still 
convinced that in those cases failing loudly instead of silently ignoring and 
not applying (potentially necessary ACLs) is much better. I am not sure what 
you mean by enforcing "with forced path". When do you want to enforce and under 
which circumstances?
