Description:
Implement a mechanism to generate xml sitemaps following the sitemaps protocol
[https://www.sitemaps.org/index.html]
Consider the following initial requirements:
* support for cluster-aware background and on-demand generation
* support for auto-balancing sitemaps (mitigating size constraints)
* support for multiple sitemaps at a single root (default sitemap, news
sitemap, ...)
* support for nested sitemaps (products sitemap on a product page template)
* support automatically generated sitemap-indexes
* support a SPI to be implemented by consumers to customise sitemap generation
