Fix For: GraphQL Schema Aggregator 0.0.2
Currently, missing or invalid schema partials are only logged. They should
cause "louder" failures to make them obvious.
Maybe failing to generate schema that would use them, with descriptive error
messages.
A Schema Aggregator Health Check might also be useful to expose such errors.
