Description:
Since the {{Provide-Capability}} header informing the GraphQL Schema Aggregator
about a provider's partials can be generated just by looking at a project's
file structure, a BND plugin should help with generating the
{{Provide/Require-Capability}} headers.
The {{Require-Capability}} header should list the required partials, listed in
the {{REQUIRE}} [0] section of each partial file.
In addition, the plugin should also validate the provided partials from a
syntactic point of view.
