"Meanigful": Picking the timestamp from previous release (one time task during
local build, would match the current behavior where timestamp does not change
between releases).
Pragmatic: Setting the timestamp in the module to any but properly formatted
value (or default value like {{1970-01-01T00:00:00Z}} to make the fake obvious)
– Why should it disable SLING-9611?
Or we just wait for 3.3.1.
