Description:
Steps to reproduce:
Run SlingCMS 1.0.4，go to
[http://localhost:8080/bin/browser.html/content|https://localhost:9019/bin/browser.html/content]
Click on the key icon to set access rules, select "authors", click on the up or
down arrow on the right and the error appears.
This function, I recently used to set a page to allow only a certain user group
to edit, I need to adjust the everyone deny position to the top and the
specified user group to the bottom (This list is then scanned bottom-up until
the first appropriate permission to apply to a page is found), now I have to
delete all the rules and re-enter them again, a bit inconvenient.
I tested the old version of SlingCMS 0.14.0 and the latest version of Sling
Starter Standalone version 11 and this reordering function works fine.
