Fix For: Content-Package to Feature Model Converter 1.1.8
When repoinit is added without a runmode the output is:
Adding/Appending RepoInitExtension for runMode: null
which is not very nice
We should change that to:
Adding/Appending global RepoInitExtension
At the same time we could make the messge itself a little bit nicer
