Fix For: API 2.24.0
SlingConstants defines topics for event admin events that might be send out
when adapter factories are added or removed. However, the implementation of the
adapter manager is handling these events as optional, there it is less reliable.
Instead since years, ServiceEvents for Adaption could be used instead,
providing a reliable mechanism
