There is one more Java11 build issue left: `java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/annotation/PostConstruct` during executing tests (https://ci-builds.apache.org/blue/rest/organizations/jenkins/pipelines/Sling/pipelines/modules/pipelines/sling-org-apache-sling-models-impl/branches/PR-25/runs/1/nodes/33/steps/38/log/?start=0), I guess we need to add an explicit dependency for that. @paul-bjorkstrand Can you amend this PR?
