Two comments:
1) Could you redo the patch by just running your diff command from the checkout
root? This seems to be some eclipse-specific syntax.
2) Haven't explored the patch fully, but #1 is a non-starter for me. Nothing in
the API bundle should have the letters "JSP" in it.
