Registering a Namespace in the repoinit fails when the URI contains a hashtag:
Example:
register namespace (stDim) [http://ns.adobe.com/xap/1.0/sType/Dimensions#]
This should work or support an escape of the hashtag:
register namespace (stDim) http://ns.adobe.com/xap/1.0/sType/Dimensions\#
