[~kwin] The merger itself is OK, because it merges all of the properties it can
find. The result simply depends on the type of resource (BundleResource vs
JcrResource):

To overcome this issue we need to always re-declare the sling:resourceType in
child resources, but it's not an acceptable solution, because it's inconvenient
and hard to maintain.
This is a part of the Client API (dialogs/components), so it has to work well
on our side.
