Initially we added diagnosis logging (info and error level) to Sling Engine to
be able to figure out why the request could not be processed, for example if
the authenticator service is missing.
Today, we have better mechanisms as HCs etc giving out way more detailed
information.
In addition, repeatedly logging the same condition over and over again is only
spamming the log
We should reduce this excessive logging to a sensible level
