Fix For: Engine 2.12.2
While the idea was to have the dependency to commons mime optional, the import
of that package is currently required and as there is only a single
implementation, an optional dependency on the service does not make that much
sense.
So either we acknowledge this and require the mime type service as well, or
(better) make the package import optional
