When running with the starter-its profile the failsafe plugin executes both the
Starter ITs and the current project's test. This is not desireable when running
just the Starter ITs, for instance on Jenkins.
Allowing a CLI override for the {{testClassesDirectory}} parameter allows us to
modify this behaviour.
