As the endpoint is not protected (SLING-11678) and deployment of JARs is
already supported by the Felix Web Console ReST API
(https://felix.apache.org/documentation/subprojects/apache-felix-web-console/web-console-restful-api.html#_post_requests)
the functionality to deploy bundle JARs via a POST should be removed from the
Tooling Support Install bundle.
