Fix For: Feature Model API Regions Extension 1.7.0
The bundle currently imports three packages from the launcher; however the
launcher is a standalone application therefore it doesn't really make sense to
import these packages. The best is to mark these as optional; this allows to
use everything else inside an OSGi application.
