It is now possible to set up autolinks for our GitHub projects using
{{.asf.yaml}}, see
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INFRA/Git+-+.asf.yaml+features#Git.asf.yamlfeatures-AutolinksforJira

We should push a similar change to all projects, and ensure that we have a
comprehensive list of projects from the start. Initial proposals:
- SLING
- JCR
- OAK
- JCRVLT
- INFRA
- FELIX
- MNG
